Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are our face to customers and for you, the customer is always number one. You're genuinely passionate about providing great service every day. In this role as a store associate, you'll work on a variety of tasks that are part of our daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that extra something to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you need to be at least 18 years old

The positions are temporary for 20 hours per week, extending through May 2027. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
