Your Role
As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You're simply passionate about delivering great service every day. In the retail sales associate role, you'll work with a variety of tasks that are part of our daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that extra touch to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You have fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Based on the nature of the tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be 18 years old

The position is a temporary role at 20 hours per week starting immediately, but no later than April 2027 with the possibility of extension. Since the store is open seven days a week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
