Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as a store associate, you'll work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you'll contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward changes
• You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chap. 8 and appendix 2), you must be 18 years old

This position is a contingent employment with hourly pay. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, daytime shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
