Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers and for you, the customer always comes first. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as a store associate, you'll work on a variety of tasks that are part of our daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and checking expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best shopping experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for you who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the regulations of the Swedish Work Environment Authority (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

This position is a temporary hourly contract. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
