We are seeking a sales associate for our Iittala Outlet store in Älmhult.

As an ambassador for our brands including Iittala, Rörstrand, Fiskars, Arabia, and Mumin, known for their iconic glassware, kitchenware, and timeless design, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
We are seeking someone who loves sales and personal service. As a sales associate with us, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives the best possible service. You understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences. Your expertise in our brands and products will enable you to effectively communicate the craftsmanship, quality, and unique stories behind each piece. At the same time, you will contribute to the visual presentation of the store, implementation of campaigns, and sales optimization.

Main Responsibilities
Personal sales and customer service
Cashier work
Stocking and replenishing merchandise
Daily store maintenance
Participation and monitoring of store key metrics
Being a good company ambassador and preserving our brands' heritage
Education/Experience Requirements
Experience in retail, preferably in design, interior design, or fashion where customer service is of utmost importance.
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing; additional languages are an advantage

This is a fixed-term position with a start date as soon as possible. Employment is approximately 8-10 hours/week and working every other weekend is included.
