In your role as a sales associate, you'll learn and develop within: Customer Focus and Service As a sales associate, you'll take care of our customers and members and be our most important face to the world. It's a fast-paced environment and no two days will be the same. Sales and Cash Handling Much of your time as a sales associate involves serving customers at the checkout line. We're talking about both food sales and preparation, as well as vehicle rentals and car washing. Retail and Store Operations When we say varied job tasks, we really mean it. The role also includes tasks such as cleaning pump areas and restrooms, as well as restocking and displaying items in coolers. All to create a pleasant and welcoming store for our customers. As an on-call Retail Sales Associate, you won't have fixed scheduled shifts—instead, you'll be called in when regular staff are absent. Work shifts are shift-based and vary in both length and time of day. The station is open weekdays between 05:30–21:00 and weekends between 08:00–21:00. Start date for this position is 2026-10-01. As an on-call employee with us, you'll receive an hourly wage based on your prior experience in service, in accordance with our collective agreement. Wages range between 164–198 kr/hour, and you'll also receive additional compensation for work on public holidays, weekends, evenings, and nights.
