Your Role
As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you, the customer always comes first. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In the role of retail sales associate, you'll work varied tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all products and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, that extra bit to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You are 18 years old and speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing

This is a permanent position with an initial trial period of 25 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
