As a sales associate at our location in northern Stockholm, you will work with our entire assortment of approximately 20,000 articles, with the opportunity to specialize in the product category that suits you best. You work as part of a team and rotate between different types of tasks. In addition to primarily helping our customers find the right products, you work at checkout, pick merchandise, conduct inventory, place orders, and handle other tasks that are part of daily store operations. You also have individual responsibility for a product category's purchasing and sales activities, as well as direct contact with our suppliers. Flinks' customers work in many different industries with very varied focuses and face unexpected situations and problems daily, which it is our job to help solve. We believe it is a strength for us to have staff with many different experiences and backgrounds. No background needs to be "wrong" to fit in at Flinks. However, it is important that you share our values regarding high-quality customer service. Qualifications/Attributes: • You preferably have technical training or experience in construction or service operations, ideally within the hardware or building supply industry. • Most importantly, we want you to be passionate about helping customers, proactive, and driven • You have an open and positive personality and are naturally a good team player • You appreciate order and organization and find it easy to prioritize • Strong Swedish language skills, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are considered a merit. Other information This position is a permanent full-time employment with salary by agreement. Working hours will be weekdays on a rotating schedule.
