About the Role As a Visual Merchandiser at Blomsterlandet, you hold a key role in the store's daily operations and are responsible for creating an inspiring, commercial, and welcoming sales environment in line with our concept. Through creativity, attention to detail, and a business-focused approach, you ensure that the store's visual expression inspires customers and contributes to increased sales.
You work independently with planning, displaying, and executing campaigns, as well as developing different departments in the store to create an attractive customer experience. The role combines operative visual merchandising work with active sales and customer interactions in the store.
As an important part of the store's team, you work closely with the store manager and colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction, strong sales results, and a well-stocked, inspiring store. The position is a combination of Visual Merchandiser and retail sales associate, where work time is distributed between visual and strategic work as well as sales and customer service. The distribution varies throughout the year based on season, campaigns, and store needs.

Goods receiving, merchandise display, picking, and cashier work
About You To thrive in this role, we believe you currently work as a Retail Sales Associate with visual merchandising responsibilities in an operation characterized by pace and flexibility. Your Experience and Competencies
Educated Visual Merchandiser
Several years of experience in the Visual Merchandiser role
Organized and structured
Retail experience
Experienced with KPI tracking
