About the job Position type: Part-time as needed Start date: By agreement. Work schedule: Every other Saturday. Early morning, daytime, and late evening shifts may occur. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have a chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they're looking for in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied—and hopefully with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with everything on their shopping list (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work with product restocking and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and attractive shelves. Contribute to order and cleanliness in the store—neat and tidy is a given. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed! Who are you? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys a fast pace. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done—and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done! What do you get?
