As we expand our operations, we are seeking a retail sales associate to join our team at Blomlöfs on Saltö in Karlskrona. About the Position As a retail sales associate with us, you will be an important part of our daily store operations. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, people, and service. We seek someone who views challenges positively and always strives to create the best possible conditions for both customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with colleagues, while also being comfortable working independently and confident in making your own decisions. We are looking for someone who can be a good ambassador for Blomlöfs. Our Fish Shop & Deli features a manual counter with fish, seafood, smoked products, and cheeses. We also prepare sandwiches, salads, pies, and more. In our restaurant, we offer lunch service and regularly host corporate events and other evening events. If you have an interest and experience in restaurant operations, this is also a merit. The position also includes work in our cold storage and catering operations. Blomlöfs on Saltö is a developing business, and in spring 2025 we also opened a hotel in the same building as our restaurant and shop. We are looking for someone who: • Has at least three years of documented experience in the service industry. • Has previous experience working with open food products (valued). • Has experience with purchasing. • Is responsible, engaged, creative, values collaboration, and enjoys variety.
