As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You are passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as a retail sales associate, you'll work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Check freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
We're looking for you as someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with work hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 20 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, daytime shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
