About the Job Position: 26-hour-per-week temporary position through 2026-11-30 Start Date: By agreement Work Schedule: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of this role. We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the Fish & Delicatessen department. You're the finishing touch on our customer experience You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so customers find what they're looking for in the store. You should ensure customers leave happy—and ideally with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration). Work with customer service and over-the-counter sales in our manual fish and delicatessen department. Work with product restocking and create a pleasant store environment with good organization. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we're a team and help where needed! Who are you? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys speed and enthusiasm. A friendly greeting and an extra helping hand come naturally to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and enjoy sharing tips and ideas? Great! If you've worked with fish & delicatessen before or have cold kitchen training—even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
