Position: Hourly employment as needed. Start Date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement. Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy—and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and with a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! Who are you? You are a natural problem-solver who loves pace and energy. A friendly greeting and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before—even better! We believe you: Have a high school diploma and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more than one language, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get it done!
