About the Job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Uppsala Stenhagen! This position means, in short, that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Temporary position for 26 hours per week until 2026-11-30
Start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
