About the Job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Söderköping Fixpunkten! In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Two temporary positions of 26 and 32 hours per week respectively, through 2027-08-31.
Start Date: 2026-11-02 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
