Retail Associate for Lock and Security Company in Kungälv On behalf of an established lock and security company in Kungälv, we at HR Resursen are looking for a new colleague for our retail store and workshop. The company helps both private individuals and businesses in the Gothenburg area with locks and security solutions, from traditional locks to digital systems. Here you work closely with customers and place great emphasis on safety, service, and solutions tailored to each customer's needs. About the position This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both working with people and practical work. You help customers in the store, answer phones and emails, prepare quotes, and work in the workshop manufacturing and repairing locks as well as building cylinders. You meet both private and business customers. The work takes place on-site at the store and workshop. You don't need to know the lock industry from the start. You'll learn the work from experienced colleagues and grow into the role. The goal is that after approximately six months you can take on greater responsibility on your own, while continuing to learn the trade. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is cheerful, alert, and service-oriented. You take initiative, enjoy having plenty to do, and want to contribute to a team where people help each other. You are thorough, take responsibility, and want to find good solutions for customers. If you have worked in retail, building materials, hardware, technical customer service, or practical work, that could be an advantage. Your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
