About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Klippan Fabriksallén! The position means, in short, that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Fixed-term employment for 32 hours per week until 2026-12-31
Start Date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement
Work Hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.
More About the Position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, such as keeping the store well-stocked and looking great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After some time, you will also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
