About the job
We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to join our wonderful team at Willys Flen Tisteln! In the checkout line, we help our customers check out their groceries, making the department an important place in the store where we have the chance to make a good final impression.
Position details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, trial period applies.
Start date: 2026-11-23 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but pursuant to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the checkout line.
You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases smoothly and efficiently using our checkout options.
In the checkout line, you meet lots of customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, a feel for people, and a big smile.

About you

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
