About the job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Umeå Ersboda! In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, with a trial period.
Start date: October 5, 2025, or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
