About the job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to join our great team at Willys Södertälje Vasa! The role simply means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement.
Work schedule: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
