About the Position We offer a year-round position at 80–100% where you'll have a varied day-to-day with sales and customer service, plus responsibility for tasks such as merchandise displays, inventory, orders, customer complaints, and daily operations. What We're Looking For You are engaged, customer-focused, and take responsibility You enjoy sales and customer interaction You are organized and like order and structure You can work independently and take initiative You enjoy working in a close-knit team You have an interest in outdoor gear, shoes, sports, and clothing You are flexible and can work weekends, holidays, and peak season A Plus: Knowledge and experience selling cross-country skis and cross-country ski equipment is a major advantage. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but we place great emphasis on your personality, your engagement, and your commitment to providing our customers with excellent service.
