Main Responsibilities
We're looking for you to be part of a successful operation. As a deli counter associate at Hemköp Härnösand C, you are fundamentally a store associate, which means you take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for. You ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and neat. Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer service, sales, and maintaining the highest quality.
In your role at the deli counter, you handle raw ingredients and create cold dishes with understanding of HACCP and Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health, and food safety. With your love for quality ingredients and your passion for food, you become an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience. Position: Temporary position at 20 hours per week through 2027-03-31.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
You have extensive knowledge and interest in food, enjoy working with customers, and sales is essential for the deli counter role. You follow instructions and directives well, take initiative gladly, and contribute your creativity and knowledge in the cold kitchen. Experience from a café, kitchen, or similar is an asset.
To thrive with us, you work well in a team, are thorough, structured, and quality-conscious. You also enjoy a fast pace and are used to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you manage daily operations, which means you are service and sales-oriented, but also willing to work across department boundaries in the store.
