About the job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Helsingborg Råå! In short, this position means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment, probationary period applies
Start date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but pursuant to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce department.
You ensure that the department is well-stocked, looks great, and is updated according to the current season. We want to give customers a great first impression – this is a very important part of our store!
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you have experience working with fresh products or produce, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
