At Willys, we work every day to deliver Sweden's cheapest grocery basket, so more people can eat good food every day. A job at Willys is simply a job that does good and feels right. Welcome to Willys. We need everyone.
We're now looking for you who want to be part of our great team at Willys Nybro C, and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The position simply means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing).
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it
About Us
For us, the right attitude and willingness to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team, as we believe that real good cooperation gives the best result – while also having fun at work.
Here's a bit more about us:
We are part of the Commerce Employees' collective agreement where fair conditions such as pension, insurance, and good overtime compensation are included.
Our big heart's mission is to ensure that everyone can afford good food. We open, for example, our own stores in socially disadvantaged areas and help others open social food stores.
Sustainability is important to us and we work, for example, always to reduce our food waste.
You will gain experience – in, for example, sales, service, and running a store – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do later.

About You
Willys grows and develops all the time, and you like to do that too. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It's also great if you:
See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
