About the Job
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our great team at Willys Norrköping Hageby and can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. In short, this position means you help our customers buy good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position type: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you manage daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
