About the Position
We're now looking for you who want to join our great team at Willys Nacka Sickla and can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The job is simply about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Type: Hourly employment as needed.
Start Date: By agreement.
Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the daily operations in the store, such as making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
