We are now looking for you who wants to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Lund Nova, and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The position simply means that you contribute to making it possible for our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you handle the daily operations in the store, such as making sure the store is well-stocked and looks nice
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it

It's an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
