About the Job
We're looking for you to become part of our great team at Willys Hemma Umeå Rådhusesplanaden, and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. In short, the role involves helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position includes: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: September 14, 2026 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you handle the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
