About the job
We are now looking for you who wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Malmö Lindängen and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you who is studying or who has another occupation and wants to work a bit more. The position simply means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position involves: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (speaking and writing).

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring that the store is well-stocked and looks nice
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it

About you

It's an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
