About the Job
We're now looking for you to join our great team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Vårväderstorget, and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Hourly employment as needed.
Start Date: By agreement.
Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
