Part-Time Sales Associate - E-commerce, Shopify & Social Media

We're looking for an engaged and service-oriented part-time employee for our clothing store in Luleå. This is a varied role that combines retail sales and customer service with e-commerce, Shopify, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media. We're seeking someone who enjoys meeting customers but also has a genuine interest in the digital side of retail. You'll work both in the store and on developing and maintaining our webshop. Responsibilities In the store, you'll work with: Sales and personalized customer service Product advice and customer assistance Cash handling Product picking and merchandising Keeping the store organized, inspiring, and welcoming An important part of the role also involves our digital operations, including: Adding and updating products in Shopify Managing product images, prices, variants, inventory, and collections Writing clear and compelling product descriptions Working with webshop structure and product presentation Updating and improving webshop content Working with basic SEO and search optimization Optimizing product names, product text, headings, meta descriptions, and alt text Working with relevant keywords to improve visibility on Google Creating and publishing content for social media Photographing and filming products and creating Reels, Stories, and posts Contributing ideas regarding campaigns, content, and how we can increase traffic and sales Who We're Looking For Above all, we're seeking the right person – someone who is positive, responsible, curious, and self-driven.
