About the Position
As a café shop associate, you are an important part of the customer experience. You work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues at a fast pace – your workdays are varied and filled with energy.
In addition to café work, you will participate in the daily work in the store. Together with the team, you ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

This position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The employment is part-time, 20 hours/week.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive when the pace is high and approach every workday with energy, joy and initiative. You are not afraid to think differently and contribute your own ideas.
You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You like to take on new challenges and find it easy to both learn new things and share your knowledge. We would like to see that you have previous experience working in a café and are comfortable with the tasks that occur there. If you also appreciate structure and organization, you will be a perfect fit for us.
