Who are we?
We are four Elon Ljud & Bild stores in Malmö with a focus on sales, technology, service, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
In our stores, we help customers with everything from mobile phones, subscriptions, and home electronics to accessories, repairs, and technical support through our own service concept Lagamobilen.
We're now looking for a store manager who wants to take responsibility for both sales and the people behind the results.
About the role
As store manager, you're an important part of our daily operations.
You lead from the floor and are expected to be a strong part of sales yourself while coaching, developing, and following up with your team.
For us, leadership is not just about schedules and administration. We're looking for someone who can get people to perform, creates energy in the store, and constantly looks for opportunities to develop both the team and the business.
You'll have clear goals and great opportunities to influence the store's results.
In the role, you will, among other things:
- Lead and develop the store's sales team
- Coach employees continuously in sales and customer service
- Follow up on sales, KPIs, and individual results
- Actively work with sales and customers yourself
- Create structure, energy, and clarity in the team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure high levels of customer experience, organization, and merchandising
- Work with customer follow-ups and local sales activities
- Help develop our methods and operations moving forward
Who are we looking for?
We believe you're competitive, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping other people succeed.
You're comfortable setting demands but also coaching and supporting when needed.
You need to be able to switch between standing in front of the customer and making deals, to analyzing results and helping an employee take the next step.
You like high pace, clear goals, and taking responsibility.
We'd like to see that you have:
- Experience in sales with good results
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing others
- Experience from retail, telecom, or similar sales environments
- A clear business and results focus
Previous experience as a store manager, team leader, or sales manager is a plus, but we're also open to a really strong salesperson who's ready to take the next step as a leader.

This is an operational management role in retail. You'll therefore work according to the store's opening hours, and evenings and weekends may occur.
What you need to bring:
- You speak and write Swedish fluently
- You feel comfortable with English
- You're confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
- You love sales and working toward clear goals
- You have the ability to get people with you
