About the Role
As Store Manager at Blomsterlandet, you hold overall responsibility for the store's operations, results, and team. You lead with clarity and engagement, creating structure in daily work and energy in the team – always with the customer in focus.
The store's sales and staffing vary throughout the year, which requires both planning and flexibility. You work closely with your team in day-to-day operations while being strategic in developing sales, customer flow, and work methods.
Your Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will, among other things:
Drive the store's sales, profitability, and results based on clear targets and key metrics
Ensure an inspiring and professional customer experience – every day
Lead, coach, and develop the store team
Manage staffing, scheduling, and work environment
Implement and follow up on campaigns, procedures, and central initiatives
Work with analysis and follow-up to identify improvement opportunities
Create local activities that strengthen the store's position in the community
Be a clear culture bearer who stands for Blomsterlandet's values
Who Are You?

We believe you:
Have several years of leadership experience, preferably in retail
Enjoy driving change and developing customer interactions
Have worked with sales, budgeting, and P&L responsibility
Are experienced with follow-ups, KPIs, and improvement work
Are communicative, clear, and inspiring in your leadership
Have the ability to prioritize and make decisions in daily operations
Are solution-oriented, humble, and action-driven
Ideally have an interest in plants, gardening, or interior design
Personal qualities carry significant weight – we're seeking the right leader as much as the right experience.
