Your Responsibilities - Personal service and sales on the store floor and at the checkout - Active upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs - Inventory management, restocking, and merchandising according to Hemtex standards - Creating and maintaining a welcoming, inspiring, and sales-driven store - Working together with the team to achieve the store's sales goals Who Are You? Qualifications To succeed in the role of retail sales associate with extended responsibilities, we believe you have: - Previous experience with efficient and optimized store operations - Understanding of and ability to see and adjust the small details that make the big difference - Documented previous experience leading others toward success, preferably in retail - Relevant education, for example in sales, leadership, logistics, or acquired relevant work experience - Good financial understanding and strong computer skills Scope: The position is a permanent part-time employment at 60% at Hemtex in Visby Does this sound like something for you?
