This is a contingent position, and we're especially looking for someone who can work various times around the clock—early mornings, evenings, and weekends—since we need coverage throughout the full traffic day. You'll be based at our depot in Uddevalla, where you'll become part of an engaged team with great colleagues and strong camaraderie. A group manager will be on hand to support you.

Daily Tasks
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Make our passengers feel so welcome they want to take the bus again.
Drive safely and responsibly.
Be a helping hand for both your colleagues and our passengers.
Keep the bus on schedule—though of course we prioritize safety above all else.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who:
Loves meeting people and sees every interaction as a chance to brighten someone's day.
Holds a valid category D driver's license and approved YKB (passenger transport certification).
Is responsible, thorough, and drives safely—as if your own life depended on it.
Greets warmly and smiles (even before your morning coffee kicks in).
Keeps to schedules—or at least tries your best with safety as the focus.
Can speak and understand Swedish well enough to provide information, report when something happens, and chat with passengers when appropriate.
Is flexible—the job has varying working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. We plan ahead, but you need to be comfortable with days looking different.
Bus driving experience is a merit but not a requirement.

Good to Know
As part of our safety efforts, employment is preceded by a drug test conducted by our occupational health service. During recruitment and throughout employment, random alcohol and drug testing occurs. Upon hiring, we'll ask you to provide a statement from the police criminal record register.
