The Skaraborg traffic area consists of approximately 530 employees and we operate approximately 210 buses every day. Together with our client Västtrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Skaraborg/Mariestad area.
Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and reassuring manner and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver standard and our passenger promise.
This means you:
Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
Drive safely, comfortably, and sustainably while following all traffic rules
Take care of the bus and report any damage or risks you notice
Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues
Stay updated and participate in necessary training
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Swedish category D driving license and valid YKB certificate
Has strong Swedish language skills
Can work varying shifts

About the position and application
We offer full-time employment (100% position). Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, years of experience within the EU will be credited for salary scale placement.
Digital tests will be sent via email and must be approved for you to proceed. A health examination will be conducted before employment. A check of your criminal record will be sent via email and confirmed by you with BankID.
