The Värmland traffic area consists of approximately 750 employees and we operate approximately 300 buses daily. Together with our client Värmlandstrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Värmland.
Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and confident manner and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver and our passenger promise.
This means you:
Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
Drive safely, comfortably and sustainably and follow all traffic regulations
Take care of the bus and report any damage or risks you notice
Contribute to a good working environment and collaborate with colleagues
Stay updated and participate in necessary training
We are looking for you who:
Have a Swedish Class D driver's license and valid YKB
Have good knowledge of Swedish
Can work varying hours

About the position and application
We offer employment types: Hourly employment for Karlstad Region and City. And 80% scheduled work for Karlstad Region. Please note in your application what you are applying for. Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, you can have years within the EU counted towards your placement on the salary scale.
Digital tests will be sent by email and must be approved for you to proceed. Before employment, a health examination will be conducted. A check of your criminal record will be sent by email and approved by you with BankID.
