Job Responsibilities: • Communication with French customers by phone and email, handling their requests • Processing orders, tracking shipments, customer care • Informing customers about products, news, and current promotions • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and supporting the acquisition of new customers • Preparing price quotes and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks for the French market We Require: • Fluent French for communication with native speakers • Communicative knowledge of English or Czech for communication with colleagues • Experience working in administration or customer service We Offer: • One-year contract with the possibility of extension to an indefinite period • Relocation package of 10 000 Kč for the first three months • Work in our modern office in Ústí nad Labem with partial home office option • Language courses • Contribution to leisure activities and meals • Our products at discounted prices • Own cafeteria and free fruit and beverages Contact: by email
