About the Company
We are currently seeking Controllers proactively to meet future needs of our customers in Göteborg. Our customer base spans several different industries and includes everything from smaller companies to larger organizations. We offer both permanent placements and consulting assignments, depending on what suits you and our customers' needs.
Your Responsibilities
Your upcoming tasks may vary depending on whether the role is focused on Business Controlling or Financial Controlling and may include:
Budget and forecasting work
Financial monitoring and analysis of results
Analysis of revenue, costs, margins and profitability
Reporting and monitoring of KPIs
Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Financial reporting and quality assurance of financial information
Development of analyses and decision-making materials
Development of reports, analysis tools and financial processes
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have previous experience working in controlling and who want to continue developing in the field. You may have a background as a Business Controller, Financial Controller or from a similar finance function.
Depending on your focus, you may have worked closely with the business with, for example, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and decision support, or more financially with reporting, financial statements and quality assurance of financial information.
We are looking for you who are analytical, structured and thorough with a genuine interest in finance and business operations. You are comfortable working both independently and with others and have the ability to translate financial information into clear conclusions and decision-making materials.
Success Factors
Experience working in controlling or similar qualified financial work
Relevant post-secondary education in finance or equivalent
Strong Excel skills
Experience in financial analysis, monitoring and reporting
Good system proficiency
Analytical, structured and thorough
Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
Experience with BI tools, business systems, budgeting and forecasting work or financial reporting is a merit.
