SMT Logistics AB is growing alongside one of Sweden's leading logistics operators, and we're therefore seeking responsible and experienced refrigerated transport drivers for our operations in Gothenburg. We're looking for someone who puts quality, precision, and service first – every day, every delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery of temperature-sensitive goods to private customers, retail stores, and pickup points.
Daily handling of mobile phone, scanning routines, and documentation.
Loading, unloading, and responsibility for the condition of goods.
Customer contact and delivery with high service standards.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
As a delivery driver, you are the company's face to the outside world and ensure that every delivery arrives on time with a smile. We're looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and enjoys independent work on the road. You have good physical fitness, are punctual and thorough, and bring a positive attitude in your customer interactions. With flexibility and a solution-focused approach, you ensure that each delivery is a smooth experience for both you and the recipient.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of documented experience with home deliveries, courier work, or distribution driving. You are used to working structurally and independently.
Valid B driving license and excellent driving skills in city traffic, on roads, and highways. You navigate smoothly even under time pressure.
Good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written. Communication with customers and colleagues is a central part of the job.
Physical endurance and experience with active work. You have no problem carrying packages, grocery bags, and other goods up stairs when needed.
Comfortable with technology. You work comfortably with apps and digital tools to manage routes, notifications, and delivery confirmations.
MERITORIOUS
Good knowledge of Gothenburg and other parts of the Västra Götaland region.
Experience in similar work.
