That's why we're looking for an experienced grinder who understands that quality surfaces and precision are not accidents—they're the result of honest, dedicated work. We're looking for someone who has an eye for detail, knows how to work carefully, and views their work as a craft. JOB DUTIES: What will your work involve? • Grinding and finishing metallic parts • Working according to technical and engineering drawings • Preparation and clamping of workpieces on the grinder • Adjustment of the grinder and grinding tools • Inspection of dimensions and surface quality of finished parts • Basic maintenance of the grinder and workstation • Collaboration with production colleagues in manufacturing our machines REQUIREMENTS: What we expect from you: • Experience in a similar position • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Experience with basic measurement and quality inspection of products • Manual dexterity, carefulness, and attention to detail • Independent and responsible approach to work • Drive to deliver quality work WE OFFER: What we offer you: • Stable employment in a Czech manufacturing company with a long-standing tradition • Work on interesting projects with high quality standards • Appropriate salary based on experience • Work in a two-shift operation • 5 weeks of vacation • Subsidized meals • Transportation allowance • Pension savings contribution • Leisure activities allowance • A friendly team and the atmosphere of a family-run business CONTACT: By email or phone If you're looking for work where your results speak for themselves and quality craftsmanship still holds true value, we'd love to meet you.
