About the Job About Us Subway is the world's largest quick-service restaurant chain with restaurants in over 100 countries. In Sweden, there are approximately 160 restaurants, and the goal is to increase the number of restaurants in the coming years. Subcom Sweden AB is an organization under the leadership of Nordic Bites Oy, which together manages over 350 restaurants in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. Main Areas of Responsibility: Prepare and prep meat and vegetables, including baking bread and pastries Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet health and safety standards Follow Subway's rules and policies Cash register operation Register deliveries Perform cleaning according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules Follow safety procedures Work as part of a team Deliver high-quality service when handling products, during sales, and in customer interactions. As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. In this role, you promote awareness of Subway® as a brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met. Who Are You and What Do We Expect? The ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues. The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Flexibility to work different shifts and on weekends, evenings, and holidays. If you have worked or currently work in fast food or the restaurant industry, that's a major plus. Very good Swedish language skills are required. Good English skills are a major plus. You are stable—calm and controlled even in stressful situations. You love working with and alongside people. You have good teamwork skills and work well with other people. You are service-oriented—attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
