SIA "Rīgas nami" invites applications for: SERVICE DEPARTMENT BRIGADIER WE OFFER: a position at Rāmuļu Street 24, Riga; exciting and dynamic work in a united company; monthly salary of 1450 EUR (gross) before tax; social guarantees, additional benefits, and health insurance (after probation period); professional development opportunities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: coordinating, supervising, and ensuring continuous work of brigades/employees in collaboration with your direct supervisor; working with the Company's clients, tenants, and partners; preparing letters and documents on operational matters; reading utility meters at facilities and submitting the readings; organizing document circulation within the structural unit; performing facility inspections and ensuring accessibility. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: professional secondary education or vocational training; skills in work planning and timely execution; knowledge of various mechanisms' operation and work methods; excellent communication and argumentation skills and the ability to work in a team; analytical thinking and accuracy in document preparation; computer skills at an experienced user level, document management systems (advantageous for candidates familiar with Front, Namejs, Visma HoP programs); excellent Latvian language proficiency.
