CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now hiring additional colleagues for Sollentuna. We offer you: a varied job in motion together with great colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail over time proximity to your workplace We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a driver's license/certificate (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have a B-class driver's license or moped certificate. It is also a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? Operations are open on weekdays excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following that, delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages are delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Form This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope depending on the day and need. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A wage scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees.
