Your Assignment
As Industry Manager, Construction & Heavy Equipment, you have a dual role. You are YrkesAkademin's industry expert in construction and machinery, while also being a driving force in developing our customer relationships and corporate business within the area.
You stay close to industry developments and help us ensure that our training programs meet market needs and requirements. At the same time, you actively work with both new and existing customers – from identifying competency needs to developing proposals, quotes, and driving the dialogue forward.
You work nationally and collaborate closely with our local operations, trainers, managers, and sales organization.

Actively develop new and existing corporate customers.
Identify customer needs and develop relevant training solutions and quotes.
Build long-term relationships with companies and other industry stakeholders.
Represent YrkesAkademin in industry councils, at trade fairs, and in other external forums.
Provide internal support on training content, quality, regulations, and industry requirements.
Develop and ensure quality of training programs and learning materials.

We are looking for you who:
Have extensive experience from construction, machinery, or a related area within the construction industry.

Have worked in sales and enjoy contacting customers and driving business forward.
Understand the industry's competency needs and can translate them into concrete training solutions.
Have a talent for building trust and establishing long-term relationships.
Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with BYN, TYA, procurements, contracts, or vocational training is a merit.
About You as a Person
You are business-minded, proactive, and confident in your industry knowledge. You enjoy being out in operations, meeting customers, and finding solutions that create value for both parties.
You work independently and drive your initiatives forward, while also being responsive and good at collaborating with different parts of the organization.
