About the Position This is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you'll be employed directly by Bayer. The position is a fixed-term employment replacing an employee on parental leave and is expected to last at least 12 months. Key Responsibilities As Brand Activation Manager, you're responsible for translating Nordic category and brand strategies into local market plans for the Scandinavian market. The role has a clear commercial focus where you work closely with both Sales and Marketing to create activities that strengthen the brand while driving sales. You drive and coordinate activations throughout the customer and purchase journey, from insight and idea to implementation and follow-up. This can include digital campaigns, influencer marketing, content adaptation for different channels, product launches, or activities aimed at pharmacies and other key audiences. The role involves significant personal responsibility and suits you if you thrive with both setting direction and making things happen. An important part of the role is working data-driven and insight-based to identify business opportunities, track results, and optimize activities over time. You collaborate daily with internal specialist functions, Nordic and global teams, and external agencies and partners. In the role, you will, among other things: Develop and implement local brand and activation plans based on Nordic strategies Plan, coordinate, and follow up integrated 360-degree campaigns and product launches Work with digital marketing, content adaptation, web, and influencer marketing Analyze consumer insights, market data, and campaign results to optimize efforts and investments Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Managers, agencies, and other internal functions to ensure effective commercial activities Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Academic education in marketing, economics, or another relevant field Experience with brand work, market activation, or similar role in FMCG, Consumer Health, or related industry Experience planning and implementing integrated ATL and BTL activities Good understanding of digital marketing and digital channels Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration Good business understanding and experience working toward commercial goals Very good communication skills in Swedish and English We also consider it advantageous if you have: Experience from OTC, over-the-counter medicines, or Consumer Health Experience with influencer marketing Experience working in a Nordic or international organization To succeed in the role, we see that you're someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and business. Since the role involves many contact points, you need to be skilled at building relationships and creating trust with both internal and external stakeholders. At the same time, you have the ability to navigate in a regulated environment where quality and accuracy are important.
