Xbowling České Budějovice is looking for a new colleague for the position of bowling technician/operator at the bowling center. The job combines bowling reception duties, customer communication, and technical maintenance of bowling lanes. Job responsibilities: - bowling reception operations - accepting telephone reservations - working with the online reservation system - customer communication - managing the game room operations - routine technical maintenance and service of bowling lanes - diagnosing and resolving common mechanical issues - checking the technical condition of equipment - ensuring smooth operation of the bowling center We require: - technical mindset and manual dexterity - basic knowledge of mechanics - reliability and independence - pleasant demeanor - good communication skills - user-level computer skills - willingness to work with both customers and technical equipment Direct experience with bowling technology is not required. The new employee will be trained by an experienced bowling technician who has been responsible for the operation and technical maintenance of the bowling center for more than 3 years.
