Company Description
Heimstaden is a European real estate company that invests in the residential segment and owns over 160,000 apartments in nine countries, with a market value of approximately 330 billion SEK. We acquire, develop, and manage residential properties with the goal of creating the highest possible return for our owners by combining business acumen with long-term thinking, sustainability, and social responsibility. An important part of this is being an attractive workplace where people can develop and take responsibility.
Sweden is our largest market, where we own and manage approximately 46,000 apartments distributed across five regions. Our culture is characterized by pace, clarity, and a desire to continuously improve. We work toward common goals, take responsibility, and dare to challenge what currently exists. The culture is informal and based on competence over titles and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
We understand how important it is to challenge our unconscious biases and the importance of focusing on each individual's full potential and competence. That's why we no longer require applicants to submit a cover letter when applying for positions with us, and we use testing as a tool in our recruitment process. This way, we ensure that we don't miss candidates who may have less experience but still have the right attitude, competence, and prerequisites to succeed in the role.
About the Role
Are you driven by sales, customer contact, and building relationships? Does it sound exciting to help people find their new home, show different types of residential properties to match customer needs, and ensure that the customer's new home is exactly what they dream of? Then the role as a residential leasing agent with us might be for you!
What are your main responsibilities as a Residential Leasing Agent?
For our great team in Norrköping, we're seeking a results-oriented residential leasing agent with a focus on showings, sales, and marketing. To thrive with us, you enjoy working independently and working toward established goals – a target of zero percent vacancy. To achieve our goals, you are business-minded, build trust, and have a sales-oriented approach with our tenants and prospective renters. You actively work to be proactive and available where Heimstaden's customers are.
In the role, you will have many personal contacts with both current and potential tenants. You are responsible for proactive customer follow-up, conduct showings, and prepare lease agreements. As a person, you are innovative and accustomed to prioritizing. You build trust and convey security in your customer meetings, as you are often the first personal contact with Heimstaden.
The position is located in Norrköping, and there are also other colleagues in the area who work with residential leasing, property maintenance, and property management, among other things.
